ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® – Summer Updates

Introducing three new ENERGY STAR® Scores

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is excited to announce new ENERGY STAR scores for Worship Facilities, Bank Branches and Mail Centers/Post Offices in Canada in the August 2023 update of the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager benchmarking tool. A 1‑100 ENERGY STAR score provides an “at-a-glance” reference that can help you assess how efficiently your building uses energy relative to similar buildings.

These new scores are a part of our ongoing effort to ensure the most up-to-date energy performance data comparability. They will provide meaningful comparability of the energy performance of your building to similar, and current, national building stock.
