Testing the impact of temperature and drought on coniferous trees
Forest research biologist Rob Vaughn and master’s student Mackenzie Good are looking at the effects of warming and drought on several tree species that are native to the Acadian Forest region. They show us the mini greenhouses that they built and how they are used to mimic different environments.
