Annual Reports to Parliament on the administration of the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act

According to sections 84 of the Access to Information Act (ATIA) and of the Privacy Act (PA), the head of every government institution must prepare annual reports for submission to Parliament on the administration of both Acts within their institution for each financial year. You will find an electronic copy of each annual report, once it has been tabled in Parliament, beginning with the 2018-2019 fiscal year.
