Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to develop a national repository of case studies and solutions to inform deep energy retrofits across Canada.

Expected Results

This project aims to:

  1. Empower industry professionals to perform deep energy retrofits, driving economic growth within the building industry.
  2. Increase energy efficiency and decrease greenhouse gas emissions in the building industry.
  3. Provide market support for deep energy retrofits across Canada.
  4. Establish a nationwide knowledge center to share insights, cultivate collaborative learning, and expedite advancement in the Canadian retrofit sector.
  5. Provide project case studies and details to equip industry professionals with key information and techniques applicable to their projects.
  6. Reduce knowledge barriers, mitigate risks, and increase confidence for widespread deep retrofit adoption across Canada.
