Guidelines for the Pumping of Water-Based Explosives

These guidelines describe how stakeholders can meet the intent of the Explosives Regulations, 2013 for the selection, operation, and maintenance of pumps used for water-based explosives. These guidelines may also be used by the Explosives Regulatory Division to assist in evaluating licence applications and conducting compliance verifications of sites pumping water-based explosives.
