The objective of this project is to conduct a study into the feasibility, costs, benefits and customer perspectives of different advanced rate structures for residential and small commercial customers to determine whether changes to the Proponent’s rate structure should be implemented.

1. Support grid modernization by analyzing how advanced rate structures can improve electricity infrastructure efficiency and reduce consumer costs.
2. Assess the feasibility of adopting advanced rate structures, considering customer adoption and infrastructure readiness.
3. Equip stakeholders with insights to support adoption of advanced rate structures in their region, enabling informed decisions and sustainable industry solutions.
