Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to develop a high-energy density battery pack to meet the requirements of the transit sector.

Expected Results

This project aims to:

1. Develop a safer, energy-dense, and longer lasting battery pack that could be appealing for battery electric medium and heavy-duty vehicles (MHDVs).
2. Promote battery electric MHDV adoption, reducing GHG emissions and noise.
3. Provide measurable performance metrics for knowledge dissemination.
