Biofuels are enhanced biomass-derived fuels that can take the form of a liquid such as ethanol or renewable diesel fuels, a gas such as biogas or syngas or a solid such as pellets or char. Scientists and researchers at the CanmetENERGY are making these biofuel technologies more efficient and in turn more viable.
