Is your organization a private or public entity?
* Private Entity means entities that are not directly controlled by any level of government, and do not have recourse to general tax revenues for losses. They fund their balance sheet through retained earnings, capital markets and/or contributions from users, not government grants. Their profit and loss do not affect the surplus/deficit of a government. Private investment funds, financial institutions (e.g. banks, credit unions), engineering, construction and project development entities are examples of private sector entities.

Does your project budget exceed $10 million for all chargers you plan to install before March 31, 2027?

What is the scope of your project?
- 2 fast chargers or more of at least 50 kW
- 20 chargers or more – combination of Level 2 and direct current fast chargers (DCFCs)
- My project is smaller in scope than the 2 options listed above
Based on your answer, you may be eligible for a grant or a contribution under Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program.
