Energy Efficiency Regulations
Regulatory definition
Electric boiler, a boiler that uses electric energy as a source of heat is intended for application in a hot water central heating system has an input rate of less than 88 kW (300 000 Btu/h) and is not equipped with tankless domestic water heating coils.
