| Main objective | The objective of NRCan’s participant funding program is to encourage effective Indigenous participation and ensure that Indigenous concerns and interests are taken into consideration throughout the federal environmental process for major projects subject to a federal environmental assessment (EA) and regulatory review pursuant to the CEAA 2012 and the NEB Act. |
