Canadian Centre for Energy Information
Announced in Budget 2019, the Canadian Centre for Energy Information (CCEI) is mandated to work with a wide range of stakeholders to improve the accessibility and overall quality of Canada's energy data.
The CCEI's website, which was launched in October 2020, brings together over 500 energy information products from governmental and non-governmental sources from across Canada in one place. Data, analysis, and tools on the website will be expanded over time to ensure that all Canadians have centralized access to complete, timely, and trusted energy information.
The CCEI is a partnership between Statistics Canada and Natural Resources Canada, in collaboration with Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Canada Energy Regulator.
