Notes:
- Minimum values of low-voltage windings for both single-phase and three-phase transformers are intended to limit the current.
- Low-voltage winding shall not have a BIL rating greater than 30 kVA.
- Efficiency values shall apply for the fundamental 60 Hz frequency only
- Reference winding temperature 75oC.
Requirements for the Energy Efficiency Report, as Listed in Schedule IV of the Regulations
- type of product (dry-type transformer);
- brand name;
- model number;
- manufacturer;
- name of the organization or province that carried out the transformer verification and authorized the verification mark that will be affixed to the transformer;
- kVA rating;
- single- or three-phase;
- low-voltage winding in volts;
- high-voltage winding rating of
(i) 1.2kV Class, or
(ii) BIL 20-150 kV; - whether it is a three-phase with high-voltage windings and a voltage ratio that, between the highest and lowest of their rated voltages, is other than 2:1;
- tested efficiency in percent;
- the loss, in watts, when under load (load loss);
- the loss, in watts, when not under load (no-load loss).
APPLIES TO

(b) has a nominal frequency of 60 Hz, and
(c) has a primary voltage of 35 kV or less
but does not include,
- an autotransformer,
- a drive (isolation) transformer, with two or more output windings or a nominal low-voltage line current greater than 1,500 A,
- an instrument transformer,
- a rectifier transformer,
- a sealed transformer,
- a non-ventilated transformer,
- a testing transformer,
- a furnace transformer,
