Service Standard for Responding to Correspondence and Requests for Information

The following service standard applies to correspondence and information requests received via telephone, email or through Natural Resources Canada's "Contact Us" system.

All correspondence will be responded to within two business days from the date it is received.

In the event that the response will take more than two business days to complete, clients will be advised.
