PCSP Project Review Committee Scoring Guide: Are you a university applicant to the PCSP? The PCSP’s Project Review Committee evaluates university applicants against this scoring guide. Read it to understand the criteria in three categories.

Mandatory Criteria: This document defines the mandatory requirements that clients must fulfill to receive support from the PCSP. It outlines responsibilities related to health and safety, regulatory compliance, permits, equipment usage, charter aircraft, insurance, and shipping protocols.
