Natural Resources Canada’s (NRCan) Explosives, Regulatory and Business Services Branch (ERBSB) administers the Explosives Act and Regulations, and supports industry stakeholders. If you are a manufacturer, importer, exporter, transporter, seller or user of explosives, you should be aware of the regulations involved in the industry, and how they impact you.
